This is common but is easily disabled within their control panel or with a phone request. For .info, .biz, .us, or .org domains request a Transfer Authorization Key Code (or EPP Transfer Key) from your current registrar or from their control panel. Click Here for detailed instructions . Ensure your domain isn't going to expire in the next 30 days or was registered/renewed within the last 60 days. Enter your transfer order with us. Approve the request to transfer the domain to our service when emailed. Transferring can take up to 1 week.
