Q. I configured Outlook and cannot send and/or receive emails

A. Check to ensure that your username is mailbox@yourdomain.com, not just mailbox. This is a very common error.

Additionally, many internet service providers are starting to block port 25 for SMTP (send mail) except for accounts on their network. Port 25 is the standard default port used by most email programs to send mail.

We have setup port 2525 as an alternative port on our network so that it is not blocked by your ISP. To set SMTP to this go to the advanced mailbox setup area on your email program.
