Q. The cPanel shows I'm out of disk space but when I use the Disk Usage tool, I'm not even close. A. The disk usage tool only shows those files within your home directory. MySQL databases and Mailman mailing lists and archives are not held within your home directory. To see your MySQL usage, utilize the MySQL feature within the cPanel. The Mailman mailing list archives which includes attachments sent, must be deleted by our support staff due to their location on the server. Go to your mailing list admin area for each list and disable the archiving option. Then submit a support ticket with the mailing list address and we will delete the archives files.
